I made this recipe with CUCUMBER; yes. Once you put it on the pan and saute them, you can’t tell they are cucumber noodles. Even my sister thought it was just pasta! A-mazing this recipe :)

i don’t know much about these things but i do know that you don’t have to lose your hair while in chemotherapy. i saw a video about it. i hope Lizzie finds out about this and gets this treatment, she has so long and beautiful hair!

So i’m off to the beach in like 15 minutes… and I feel like a monster. I stand there in the mirror watching and watching, over and over again and I think “Am I really that ugly?” And then I think “No, i’m OK. I’m not the hottest person ever, but haha, i’m ok” and then i think again that no, THIS IS NOT OK. But it’s not the appearance, it’s the things I send out. My body, my face, it all sends out this insecurity and sadness, that’s why i feel like a monster… And I don’t know how to stop these streams of sadness… :(
